Are the fragrances good quality?   
Yes, the Eau De Parfum oil based fragrances are excellent quality. Once smelt, never forgotten! 

Are the fragrances long lasting?
Yes! We use the highest quality of oils, our fragrances typically last between 14 to 20 hours.

How do I know your quality is actually good and long lasting?
You can purchase our 2ml sample bottles before purchasing the 50ml bottles. 

I just placed an order, when will it be dispatched? 
All orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. Delivery of products is between 1 to 4 working days, depending on the delivery type selected at checkout. 

My product is faulty, can I return it?
We offer a money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. once we receive the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please email sales@ouddeluxe.com to inform us, or contact us via business Whatsapp on 07442391643. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have incorrectly entered your delivery address or any other detail, then please email sales@ouddeluxe.com to inform us, or contact us via business Whatsapp on 07442391643 as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will amend the order details.
